September AC catch-up time is go! The theme of the month was 'bully' and there is no Bright Selestarri who fits that role as perfectly as Kecelia. She's one of those kinds of people who will not back down when she believes in something [mostly the moral and ethical codes of her faction] and will do everything in her power to aggressively get her point across, whether you like it or not.
